Amazing, the Hammer strikes again. This gentleman loves his job and it shows. Clean, quick and reasonably priced. Installed new garbage disposal. This is a true craftsman and am highly recommending this long-time local business.
Notified me 30 minutes before arrival. Was timely and cleaned up afterwards
Had to have water softener replaced due to chloramines add to the water by the city. They destroy the resin in the tank I was told. Unit was only 4 years old. Cass recommended I install a catalytic carbon filter before the new softener to remove the chloramines before they entered the softener. I had this done and my installer, Richard, did an outstanding job. My only issue was the length of time it took to get the new filter/softener installed. Plumber was professional and nice. He explained what happened and discussed options for preventing further issues. It was a Friday night repair and plumbers are expensive but I was I glad I called Cass.

They called literally one minute after I clicked on their name through Angi?s recommendation. Amazing start. Then they got to our house in 1 day. I had selected within a week, but they were able to get us in sooner. We had one person named Brian help schedule and then the plumber who came out was also named Brian. Both were fantastic. Brian the plumber fixed our issue, roots in the pipe! He got it all and we?re in great shape now. Really appreciate the quick response and fix!
I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater.
