The tech arrived 2.5 hrs after they said he would only to quote the job. When I used this company previously they quoted and completed the job in one visit and I paid upon completion. Now they want 50% up front and 50% on completion. Not unhappy, but there was no communication on these changes.
Bid for project was excellent. They showed up as scheduled. Project was completed in a timely manner. Will call them again with my next plumbing issue.

Cass Plumbing was knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain exactly what was happening and what was wrong. They took the time to explain how to fix it and gave me a time line to complete a repair that has been a problem for over 18 months. Other plumbers did not take care of the issue, but charged me too much for too little.
Professional, timely, provided quick and reasonable free estimate. Work commenced immediately and was done in less than an hour. I will definitely be using Cass Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

They gave me a noon to 2 pm window for the next day and I got a call that morning saying they could come right away. Plumber arrived at 9:00 am and two projects were completed by 10:30 am with my total satisfaction at a reasonable price with estimates for future projects as well. GREAT job!
