The owner Dave took the time to come to my house to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. They did an excellent job installing a drainage system in my backyard.
Fast & clean
The tech arrived 2.5 hrs after they said he would only to quote the job. When I used this company previously they quoted and completed the job in one visit and I paid upon completion. Now they want 50% up front and 50% on completion. Not unhappy, but there was no communication on these changes.
Bid for project was excellent. They showed up as scheduled. Project was completed in a timely manner. Will call them again with my next plumbing issue.

Cass Plumbing was knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain exactly what was happening and what was wrong. They took the time to explain how to fix it and gave me a time line to complete a repair that has been a problem for over 18 months. Other plumbers did not take care of the issue, but charged me too much for too little.
