This was a replacement of our tankless water heater with a new one. Richard did an excellent job and made sure the piping was correct, as this was an updated version of what we had. Richard is an exceptional worker with an upbeat, positive attitude. Great to work with. We highly recommend him and this company.

Always wanting to use local 'Family owned and operated' contractors I reached out to Cass Plumbing as well as a few other Co's to replace a water heater and install a whole house water softener system. While Cass was the highest estimate, my 1st impression sold me on Cass. Our installer Richard W. went above and beyond with the fabrication and install and was the complete professional we expected. Had a long time problem with a toilet leaking and actually had 2 other plumbers before hiring Cass Plumbing. Lee was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Can't say enough good about this company! Hire them and you won't go wrong. Reliable...Honest...and Professional.

Brian the technician was very good on fixing the leaking water connector on my water heater. I was glad he came in within 2 hours when I called for service.
