This is the 2nd time I have used Cass Plumbing and they are very professional. Explained what they were going to do and gave me a price before they started. Maurice was the plumber and he did a very good job. I would use Cass Plumbing for any Plumbing service.

Cass Plumbing gave me a straight, no up selling estimate. They came the next day and did a great job installing our water heater. And the icing on the cake! I appreciate their willingness to replace an outdoor shut-off valve without me having to be at home. It saved me from taking time off from work.
This was a replacement of our tankless water heater with a new one. Richard did an excellent job and made sure the piping was correct, as this was an updated version of what we had. Richard is an exceptional worker with an upbeat, positive attitude. Great to work with. We highly recommend him and this company.
They were prompt and installation was great
Always wanting to use local 'Family owned and operated' contractors I reached out to Cass Plumbing as well as a few other Co's to replace a water heater and install a whole house water softener system. While Cass was the highest estimate, my 1st impression sold me on Cass. Our installer Richard W. went above and beyond with the fabrication and install and was the complete professional we expected.
