Brian is extremely knowledgable. Very polite, courteous and friendly. He explained what he needed to do to fix the problem and the process was done quickly and correctly. I was so happy with the technician installing my kitchen sink and faucet. He was knowledgeable, polite and did and excellent job in an appropriate timeframe. I will be using them in the future for any needs and have already recommended them to others in need of a plumber.

Richard (Rich) was very knowledgeable and explained things that I did not know. He was on time, friendly and professional. He ran a line for drainage on our water softener and tested the water. He did a very good job. He answered all my questions and gave additional information on future care and the best products to use. I wish the price was lower but you pay for the best. We will definitely use Cass Plumbing again. We gave their name to a friend who needs plumbing done. Thank you.
