Arrived earlier than expected (during a holiday weekend) and fixed the issue with great customer service. Would highly recommend Cass!
Richard (Rich) was very knowledgeable and explained things that I did not know. He was on time, friendly and professional. He ran a line for drainage on our water softener and tested the water. He did a very good job. He answered all my questions and gave additional information on future care and the best products to use. I wish the price was lower but you pay for the best. We will definitely use Cass Plumbing again. We gave their name to a friend who needs plumbing done. Thank you.

Repair performed to expectations.
Our water (tank style) blew out on us, had to get one replaced fast..we contacted home advisor AKA Angie's list and were immediately responded to by Cass plumbing when I called the office I spoke with Kim who was amazing and researched options for getting us someone out as quickly as possible. Andrew came out the same day to review the site and installed a brand new tankless water heater the next day. Amazing to work with, very polite, very kind would definitely recommend Cass plumbing!!!
Very professional on time good price
The company addressed my concerns quickly and efficiently. First met with plumber, Richard, on Thursday and by Monday afternoon the toilet was replacedâ  the old one taken away- and everything neatly cleaned up. I couldnâ  t be happier - the service was Terrific!
