Our issue ended up being smaller than expected, but Richard was very helpful in making a few minor adjustments, and also gave us some helpful information on a few other systems while he was there. He was very helpful and courteous. Would definitely call Cass again.

We found standing water in the front yard so I called Cass they promptly sent someone the next day. I however, made an error so Security wouldn't let Tony with Cass in. He tried to contact me but I was in a meeting. I didn't find out until later that day what had happened. I panicked called Cass, Brittany searched and found a plumber just finishing up.
