A supervisor called in advance to advise they were able to respond sooner than scheduled. The repair man arrived 2.5 hours early and was very professional. I was given an original estimate that was updated upon discovery of some unforeseen conditions. After it was determined that the issue was primarily a failing component of the City's Water Department, the crew waited a reasonable amount of time for the City to respond.
