They called and came when they said they would. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful.

They were quick to respond, the quote was fair, the work was done efficiently and properly the first time. They will be my go-to for plumbing work going forward.
Our issue ended up being smaller than expected, but Richard was very helpful in making a few minor adjustments, and also gave us some helpful information on a few other systems while he was there. He was very helpful and courteous. Would definitely call Cass again.
We found standing water in the front yard so I called Cass they promptly sent someone the next day. I however, made an error so Security wouldn't let Tony with Cass in. He tried to contact me but I was in a meeting. I didn't find out until later that day what had happened. I panicked called Cass, Brittany searched and found a plumber just finishing up.
