Always honest! Reliable and on time.
Customer service was great-from initial call to completion. They were able to schedule me sooner than I expected. The installer Richard was prompt, knowledgeable , and courteous. Though the cost was a little higher than I had hoped. I was highly satisfied with the the staff and the professional installation and would certainly recommend them.
Needs to work with their communication.
They were very good, expensive but when there was a leak in the bathroom from the toilet or shut-off valve they sent someone out the very next day within a couple of hours after I contacted company on the internet. put the missing valve in for the shower/tub faucet as well, part was very hard to find.
