Ari Darocy gave the best advice and service! The Cavender staff were all helpful and friendly. They have a nice selection of boots, hats and jeans for men, women and children. I'd definitely shop here again!
Daniel was amazing! He helped us make our first Texas Cowboy/Girl experience fun! He went he extra mile to help us out!!! You need to go visit for any boots, jeans, hats, belt buckles, etc!!!
What more can you ask for. Unbelievable selection of boots and everything else western wear. T-shirt selection was awesome and great place to show your Texas pride. Best of all was the awesome customer service. We must have been asked at least three times if we needed help. Not the pushy salesman way but a sincere wanting to help you with anything.
Was in Dallas for a conference recently. Conference was wrapping up with a HO-Down and needed some real boots. A girlfriend and I Uber'd to the shop. We both both found some. great boots but Mark didn't have my size in the style I chose. He ordered them, stretched them to shipped to my house (at no cost). Just got them and they are FABULOUS!!!! They fit perfectly and look great. I am so happy with my purchase and great service from Mark and that shop.
I found a pair of boots on Cavender's web site and called around at local Cavender's to see if they had a pair in stock. First store was out of them in my size. I called the LBJ store and spoke with Mark. He looked up in his system to see if they had a pair. They did -- one left -- and then he took the extra step. Small selection for women's clothes, wide selection of boots, great service. Person that helped me was very attentive and nice. One of the items I was looking at wasn't available in my size so she called another store to locate. It's not cheap.
