This store is the allowed my father and I to walk in and out without one person offering to assist us. So we are now on our way to Garland where we went to buy western wear 27 years ago when we lived in North Texas. Just left North Garland Resistol Outlet where we bought a hundred dollar Montana belt buckle and a Ten Gallon hat and spent over a hundred and fifty dollars.
While traveling to Dallas for work a Co-worker and I wanted to buy some boots. We visited this store on November 10th. The Manager greeted us as we walked in the store. I told him I was looking for a pair of boots. He showed me and worked nicely with me. Now I am an White American woman. There are signs displayed all over the store with $15 off $100. Terrible customer service! I bought 6 pairs of Wrangler jeans for grandsons. The day I bought them they were "buy one and get second pair half price." As it happened I needed to exchange 2 pair size slims for regulars. The manager would not make an exchange unless I paid more money for the one I'd gotten at half price. I went to buy some shirts and when I walked in everyone was standing at the cash register by the entrance.Not a good morning nor can we help you find something not a WORD.Well I walked around shopping and other people walked in and we're immediately acknowledged upon entering the store. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one even acknowledged me when I walked in. There were 3-4 employees behind the counter; one was cleaning hats while others lounged around talking. There were 15-20 customers in the store and 1 guy working the floor. Despite my spending 20 minutes checking out various boots and jeans not one single person asked if they could help me. On November 9th I stopped in to buy a pair of boots on my way out of TX since the ones I was having hand made weren't ready and my trip would have been a bust coming home with no boots. My husband and I bought some Lucchese Boots at this store this afternoon. When we entered the store a man asked if he could help us and walked us over to the boots and then disappeared. My husband tried on a few pair and decided on the Lucchese boots and I had to go all over the store to find the sales man to get the other boot, and then he acted as if he had better things to do! Exchanged a pair paints and punched a couple of George Strait shirts. The older man that did help us did not ring up the exchange and tried to play it off as OH did I forget without even a sorry or an excuse me...please consider other western shops in the area! A little higher but will not mislead you.
In response to JD B. review, He ordered a clearance jean and wanted a full price jean at the same price when I told him that I was unable to get the clearance jean. And as far as ordering the jeans 4 days after he ordered it, that was our busiest weekend of the year and no store will send anything out till the following Monday. That's
