Staff was EXTREMELY helpful. I've never bought a pair of cowboy boots before in my life, and they were very helpful with what kind of fit to look for and what styles would work for me. They also had tons of hats and clothes, but I was on a mission for boots. Bought a pair that I love for much cheaper than the other stores we'd looked at!
Boot city, boot boot city. I got my first set of boots here. If you've always wanted a pair of boots and happen to be in Dallas, do what I did and take a trip up here. HUGE selection of boots and very knowledgeable staff to give good advice. Prices range from $150 to $600+, including their very own quality and affordable Cavender's brand.
I purchased my first set of boots here. Mark was extremely helpful and patient. The other employees were wheat to try to help also. They have a tremendous inventory.
Staff was friend and very knowledgeable . Computer system not up to date so went to another store that posted they had the item we wanted. But it was no there.
Awesome store. Very helpful staff, super cute selection of baby and kid boots!! Store is huge, prices are reasonable, large sale rack as well.
GIANT store. This is a go-to place to visit for people who want to buy some western-wear. I buy my boots here. Want to know something? Take a look at the labels. Most of what they sell here is made in China. Or Indonesia. Very few pieces are actually made in the USA. They do sell one brand of boots that are made in the USA: Justin Boots. Friendly atmosphere with great customer service. Reasonable prices. I will definitely return for another pair of boots.
