Some great designs for the rodeo this year. Having to find a men's white dress shirt for son that is XLT. Rushed in to find, stopped at restroom first and was disappointed in the ladies room, terrible mess. Good thing they had the shirt. Ariat white XLT and boot sole inserts. Small availability for average men's shoe sizes, they need to increase stock in Houston during rodeo season
I needed some new shirts and this place definitely delivered!! They have awesome sales on Jeans, belts and other accessories! As soon as you walk in your quickly smell the genuine leather!! I love this place, but my wallet doesn't! The staff is always wanting to help and they also offer free hat cleaning and shaping!
Pretty clean and organized. It was really busy for the holidays but the line moved fast. There jeans were also on sale with a good collection.
Whenever I need comfortable work boots Cavender's is always my first choice, the selection is huge. I have a tall Arch and a wide foot so finding comfortable boots can be kind of a chore. One gentleman asked me if I needed help and I told him I would let them know, he respected that, i wasn't constantly bombarded by salespeople . Visited Cavender's again on this trip to Houston. Kim fitted me for a pair of boots and also helped me select a pair of jeans and a belt. It's always a good thing when the salesperson knows her merchandise like no one else, can quickly gauge what will work and fit the customer best, and does it all in a friendly manner. I remain very pleased with the service I receive at Cavender's.
I have not yet purchased a boot there, but I did have 2 of my boots stretched. Kim helped m take care of that, and was also very knowledgeable. If you ever have any questions or need help with anything she is the one to go to! I will be back to buy my next pair of boots from her!
I had never bought boots before. Kim was a great help in finding me my new boots! She was funny, patient, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going there to buy boots.
Friendly environment, great customer service, the lines where long the day I went but the check out was still pretty smooth and fast
Ever since my husband and I decided we were moving to Houston, I told him that would mean I would need to buy myself some real Cowgirl boots and would be spending as much as I needed to. Shortly after we moved here, I figured out Cavender's was the place to go. Fast forward 18 months, and we finally got around to coming here on a Sunday afternoon.
