This Cavender's is conveniently located right off of the 290 feeder road, has a fairly large parking lot, and is well-stocked. I went there on a busy day and didn't receive much help from anyone working there. The associate that we did speak to was very much in a hurry to get back to the person she was helping. They have really cute socks and hats here! I also love some of the clothes for women here! Even if you don't wear cowboy/girl clothes you can still find something here for yourself. ^_^ Seriously though, the socks here are so cute.
I love this cavenders. They have a huge selection for all ages. As well as a big selection of Lucchese boots which is what I'm always there for. Also the man that shines the boots does a fantastic job!!
What a selection! 3 of us went in for boots inexperienced about anything, and within 15 minutes we each had a pair we LOVED and out there door.....
Ask for Kathy! This lovely lady helped me shop til I dropped - $1K to be exact. I strutted out with two fabulous pairs of boots and three pairs of hot dayum denim jeans. She tracked down the VERY LAST 6.5 turquoise boot I had my heart set on, along with my size jeans in the absolute mess of a denim pile that was going on pre-cook-off season. I absolutely love this place! They have everything I could ever need and the people are so helpful and friendly! I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for some new boots or great jeans.
Cavender's has boots. Lots of boots. Rows upon rows of boots. And other western wear. To a Houstonion, a DSW-sized boot store that sells boots is not an uncommon site. Just Yelp for Cavenders in the vicinity of Houston, and you will see how many of these super-sized stores exist. So, were I still in TX, this would not be that special a place. Went in to buy my wife her very pair of boots. Awful customer service. Just a bunch of teenage girls working there making racist comments about me and my wife's ethnicity and refusing to help. Extremely disappointing because all of the other locations have the best customer service.
worst customer service ive ever experienced in my life. nobody stopped to help in the 2 hours i was there. when i stood there waiting to pay, 3 employees just stood in a circle, stared at me, and continued gossiping about other employees in the store. waited 10 minutes just standing there waiting to pay bc they needed to "discuss the tea".
