Customer service is very poor here... I bought my first pair of boots the didn't fit too well so went to exchange them couldn't get help from no one because they didn't "sell me them" they had to call the guy that helped me originally... I can only guess it was because of commission or something
Didn't get what me and husband was looking for, which is fine but the service is horrible. Very slow, very uninspiring. The sales lady was very sleepy looking, and not much of a help. We came out annoyed and off we go to a different location on I-10 and Eldridge. And it was a sucess!
No service at all - left and went to Cavender store on 1960. Staff not helpful and surly. Give this a miss.
