Came to look for work boots and work clothes and I've gotta say even though I didn't find anything in my size (small women's doesn't have much range) the customer service was awesome!! Shout out to Natalie she helped us look and often came around to check up on us. A few other workers asked if we needed help as well!! Really enjoyed the service and ambience they had here! Five star service! Weill be back soon.
We were visiting Houston and decided to stop in and look around. We were greeted immediately by a wonderful woman, Ms Martha! She made us feel right at home, helping us out get a pair of boots for my son. They didn't have all too many boots my size (men's 15). However we found some for my son, as well as some nice western shirts. They also helped to ship them back home to us, very nice benefit and customer service! Had a wonderful experience shopping at this location on opening day of the Rodeo. For such a busy day, all of the staff were immensely helpful! Shoutout to Jose from the Tyler location who helped get us fitted for new hats. He was lovely! Highly recommend for anyone looking for western wear
The most friendly, helpful, organized, well ran western store I've ever been to! The employees seem like they love their jobs and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Love the atmosphere here.... and my gorgeous new boots for rodeo!
Visiting Houston and 3 of us needed boots. It was a pleasure shopping and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Will Wilson. We bought 4 pairs of boots a hat and a wallet. Now all we need is a horse! Thanks Will!
Its been a while since I been to Cavender's. I decided to drop in for a pair of boos. I must say I really lucked but up and I love my boots! Plus I have gotten a lot of compliments on my boots. When I went in to purchase my boots the salesman worked with my budget and provided me with excellent customer service. I was in and out in top speed with no hassles. I will be back. I want a few other items.

Vincent made my cowgirl dreams come true! I was absolutely, positively, not leaving the state of Texas for the second time without my genuine cowgirl boots! I am coming back to Texas in two weeks for my annual girls trip to visit a friend. This time instead of meeting her in Dallas we're headed to Austin and my boots are coming!
