Low END..Crappy service.. I realize they've been around for a while but I guess they forget you can buy online anywhere in the world these days.. I don't even think some of the products are top notch any more .. almost Low end! Sorry.. you can't live off your name anymore .
This place is terrible to order from I ordered one pair they never came and I never even got an email that they weren't coming. Then I call costumer service trying to get it fixed and see what was happening and they said they could order me a new pair with no shipping. Since I already paid for next day air which was 30 something dollars. This is about the 3rd time I've visited this location and I would like to say it was my worst experience. I have entered this location twice to have shoes repaired and once to buy items to wear to the Houston Rodeo. About a week ago I brought in a couple pairs of shoes to have repaired. I never post bad reviews. Ever. But this one... I went in to look at some boots. I was minding my own business when "Steve" just came up to me and startled me. He literally stared at me and said nothing for a good 10 seconds. It was WEIRD. I was the one that asked him "Can I help you?" to which he responded "How can I help YOU?". First of all cashiers and managers were very helpful but sadly sales personnel in the isles were very unprofessional, when I asked for work boots he just pointed them out and walked away, I just had to look for boots with different size myself.....I guess they are not getting any commission from purchase or they just don't care.(pay cheque collectors)......
Terrible service!!! We went in yesterday to pick up a pair of socks and it took forever to check out. They had 5 girls behind the counter and only 2 were working at a snails pace. They kept opening a register and checking 1 person out then closing it down. My girlfriend stood behind 3 registers constantly moving as they shut them down or walked away. This place is a Joke! Have 5 pairs of boots from here and will not be back. Boots are solid quality and workers have always been helpful. But I went in yesterday to pick up a new pair, was being helped by who I assume is the manager. She goes around the corner to grab a style in my size and another guy comes up and says "sir, take off those boots and let me clean them up for you." Horrible customer service online. I ordered two sizes of the same boot since I live in Seattle and returned one past the thirty day mark with the permission of customer service woman one. I got a call saying I would not receive a refund since I was past the date. After arguing with an extremely rude woman on the customer service line, they are "so kindly" going to make an exception. Remember now, your employee okayed this. Not to mention, making an exchange or giving a gift card is the EXACT same transaction as you refunding... read more
