Very helpful staff. Being new to Texas with a young son, we wanted to get his first cowboy books for our western-themed Mother-Son Dance. The staff is super attentive and helpful! They are patient and when you describe what you are looking for they bring you or show you a number of options. Thanks Cavender's!
Went in today to try on cowboy hats...want a inexpensive silver belly one. Gonna have Jeff dry steam it with some dips so it won't look like I just walked outta the door with it. YEEHAW!

You cannot come to Texas and not buy a pair of cowboy boots! After checking out Yelp reviews, Cavender's was my choice. Overwhelmed upon walking in, this California lady asked for help. Help arrived quickly ~Brittany. A nice classy Texas girl who was willing to answer a thousand questions over and over. I needed comfort and she took me to the comfort section. I had no idea about boot sizes or what type might be a good fit for me. All three or four employees that helped me were very friendly and pleasant and very knowledgeable. They had many style of boot to choose from and lots of nice western attire. A fun place to visit weather you're a cowboy or a city man.
I can't remember the name of the young girl that helped me. But probably the best experience I have had at a cavenders. She was very helpful and pretty much shopped with me. Helping me figure out what would go with what outfit. I have her salesperson number. 33558. That's what's on my receipt. Employees like her is the reason I shop at cavenders and have for many years and will continue to do so.
I wasn't in here long but I'll hit all the important things I noticed Very clean store I was greeted when I walked in The belts were well organized and had a variety of sizes available (including what I needed) Employee came to check on me immediately Seems like a good store...nothing extraordinary but definitely good/solid
Excellent customer service, let me keep my luggage behind the counter and helped me find a pair of boots- even supplied the socks! Gave me room to browse as well, and helped me with obtaining a discount. Shipped order to my house to avoid having to lug home. No clue why the previous reviews for poor customer service- I had an excellent experience!
Best shopping experience for boots. Al was very helpful with boot decision. The selection of western wear is outstanding and the pricing is competitive. I Will be back soon to shop again.
