I went here today to shop for some FRC jeans and steel toe boots for work. I have to admit, that as an Asian, I had my hesitations to the service I'd get from reading some of the reviews about this store and location on another website. One of my favorite stores. I like the selections. Boots and shirts are proved reasonably. I always like it when you can buy one shirt and get another at 50% off.

I hate to leave this review because I love cavenders as a company, but this location is terrible and not a good representation of this company. Please take the time to drive down to the fairmont location, you will have much better service. The staff here are not interested in taking care of you , I just bought a lot of items here last week and when we checked out it took them more than 20 mins to get someone to help us, during this time we see almost 6 different employees just standing around the front staring at us, not eve... read more

I took my wife there to buy 2 pairs of boots , I asked the girl at the front to help us find a size , she told me to go get the boot bring it to the front and she would look it up, so we did , them she said she needed the style # , so we had to go back and find the box , after opening 7 boxes to find the boot , we went back to the front where we waited for her to train someone on ordering stuff , I confronted her and told her the service here is horrible and I'll go somewhere else , they used to actually help you at stores ,... read more

1 star !!! Not happy with this place. The way they help is so rude & the employees just act like you're not there. Not coming here ever again. Oh and one manager was coughing in his hand and was touching items. so gross unprofessional.

I would like to know why this locations higher ups allow extensive bullying? And every time it's brought up to them by the employees they ignore it and allow the same people to stay and continue working here without repercussions for their actions. I worked here for a very short period of time. In those weeks I worked everyday, I was left completely alone in the building while the others sat in the break room and office making TikToks. I have gone in the store several of times and not one employee has ever asked us if we needed any help. Yesterday, I witnessed a customer complaining to a employee but not helping her and the employee instead of resolving the issue and saying sorry she was arguing back. Poor customer service !
