I've shopped at this location multiple times with the hope that their customer service would improve. Unfortunately, this will probably be the last time due to poor customer service. I was with my 2 children shopping for their Houston Livestock & Rodeo show clothes. Most employees seem to be standing around in groups talking with each other. All of these negative reviews HAVE to be about the older lady that works there. "Shelly". I've been a loyal customer at cavenders for 8 years. I recently moved to the clear lake area and I have been to this location two times. The first time was nothing short of great. I was helped by a woman named Tracy on Luccheese's and her customer service was definitely the reason I felt comfortable returning to this location. Service is horrible. I went in looking for women's jeans. NOT ONE single woman came up to help me. Only a man came up to help me. My boyfriend went in on a separate occasion yesterday looking for jeans. Only the women came up to help him. When you are in the WOMENS department woman should help you and vise versa. The woman just sat there and stared at me like I was about to steal something. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Will go elsewhere from now on.
i felt like she had to help me it took a while to check out they where all standing around i felt she was trying to wind some thing she rushed me
Service is ok. People weren't very friendly and they didn't come up to you as they do at other Cavender locations around Houston. I don't like that they were staring at me the entire time as if I was going to steal. A smile would help as far as service. It's convenient that it's right off the freeway.
