Verified Renter The office staff responded immediately to my request for an exterminator. The staff placed my request the same week for Terminex to come and followed up with me. Caveness Farm has always been very helpful! The Terminex staff came but did not follow the order directions, I plan on writing a poor review on theTerminex web site.

Verified Renter My move in experience was very simple and I did very little outside of completing the application and providing necessary documentation. The staff made the entire process smooth and easy. The staff are always happy to answer any questions and are very helpful. I especially love the parking, there are plenty spaces in front of each bldg.

Verified Renter It must be a great place to live since we’ve been here since 1998! We’ve lived in all 3 apartment styles, 1.2 and now the 3 bedroom cottage. The staff is really wonderful and the maintenance team is top-notch.
