Verified Renter Caveness team are excellent and most helpful. Need set up for alot of repairs needed , from door knobs, to outlets sparking,broken windows noticed moments we got in door but aside from that everyone we came in contact with are GREAT!

Verified Renter Nice area, kinda quiet considering next to major traffic. Local area close to grocery stores etc. Decent size apartments considering how old they are, over 25’yrs old.

Verified Renter A great place to live. A screened in patio overlooking the lake. Just a second away from capital Boulevard. Wegmans, Walmart and Aldi are within walking distance. Neighbors are great management and maintenance or tremendously helpful.
