Verified Renter So far so good. Can't complain. I enjoy the lake trail & how quiet it is. Neighborhood feels safe. I would definitely recommend a friend to live here.

Verified Renter The neighborhood is mostly quiet, other than our unit being backed up to the street and the windows are fairly thin. Which results in hearing some traffic at times. The property grounds are well maintained, making our walks around the pond quite pleasurable!

Hopefully, they will make some more improvements in how things are managed that will benefit the community at large and minimize tenant turnover. Overall, I feel safe in my community, enjoy the walking trails, the lake, the recreational areas and love my new living space.

Verified Renter New to the community. Front office staff was very welcoming. I worked with Sara, Logan, Mrs Sherri and Barry with my move in process. They were all amazing! The community is lovely and I even met one of my neighbors who was very welcoming. Look forward to meeting everyone in the community and getting familiar with my surroundings. And I absolutely love my apartment!
