Verified Renter I just signed my lease again and I'm very happy here I have great neighbors. Maintenance has been wonderful Bob. Getting any issue fixed up needed to be done. I would recommend this place to anyone

Verified Renter There's nothing super special about the place but there's nothing really wrong. Maintenance is pretty good. It's always quiet. Rent fees is high for what you get especially when you are required to pay for valet trash but they dont actually pickup. Not sure I'll be renewing my lease.

Verified Renter Amenities are great here. The pond and the pool are my favorites. Plenty to do around the area. Grocery stores and walmart less than 5 minutes away!

Verified Renter Caveness Farms is generally peaceful and quiet. It’s pleasant walk around the pond though I’ve never seen the deer just turtles and geese. I enjoy the neighbors I’ve met and look forward to meeting more.
