Verified Renter Quiet neighborhood. Nice pool and playground area. The pond with the walking trail around it is very peaceful. I wish the apartment held more events, so you could meet people that live in the community. Maintenance is fast to respond for the most part. Not a fan of the valet trash service, I’d rather take my own trash than pay $30 a month for it. I just resigned my lease so all and all it is a great place to live.

Verified Renter I have been here at cavanas farms 3 years now. The maintenance people have been really great. I've never really had a serious problem. My neighbors are great. The only thing that I would have an issue with is the people don't pick up their dog poop.
