Most of our medical is in the surrounding area, as well as shopping for groceries, some clothing and home goods. We have made several friends within our community and others around Wake Forest over our time here. It’s a great place for starting out on your own or small families.

Verified Renter I think this apartment complex is one of the nicest ones around. I have looked at a few of the new ones and I don't think they are as scenic as this one. Also everything is maintained well. They all do a great job.

Verified Renter The staff are professional and friendly. The maintenance team responds to my needs in a timely manner. I came to property manager, Joy about concerns I had in reference to noise ordinance and she took matters into her own hands and addressed the situation immediately. Not to mention, the property is beautiful and quiet.

Verified Renter Moving in was an easy and simple process. Look forward to settling in. The only hang ups I have is that you are forced to pay$44 for cable and that smoking is allowed on the premises. But other than that it seems like a peaceful place
