Sam is an amazing person. He will give you the best deals. He's great at getting a feel for what you want and recommending what would work best. All in all, great customer service. Very different experience from a typical car dealer. He'll treat you like family.
Cerritos Infiniti made purchasing a car a pleasant experience. Both Sang Cho and Sam Rabadi gave amazing customer service with their "no pressure" environment. I initially went in for a used car but after a few questions, they found me a better deal and ended up with a G37. I could not turn down the offer! The team here at Cerritos Infiniti is by far the most honest, professional, and sincere group of individuals when it comes to car buying. They were straightforward, responsive, and very friendly.
