Went on christmas eve to find the perfect car for the perfect price. He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process of purchase.
The sales staff was kind and courteous. They were willing to negotiate price on the trade in. Their price on the used car for sale was very competitive. The salesman was excellent. The financing staff was excellent.
I've been looking to lease a car for a while and wanted to take advantage of the winter sales that almost all the car dealers have this time of year. My wife and I are very demanding consumers. Robert handled us like a pro. Robert spent most of the day with my wife trying to figure out the perfect car for her. From the beginning of our interaction via telephone, Mr. David Baker was excellent in assisting us with information about the vehicle we were interested in as it was probably the cheapest on the lot. When we arrived at Cerritos Infiniti, we were greeted by another associate who let us test drive the vehicle and then went to get Mr. David Baker as we requested. Sam sold me my new car. He is really a top notch salesman and made this car buying experience the best I have ever had. He was great to work with. I would definitely recomend him to a friend. I will also be looking for him when it is time for me to get another car.
The salesman was very helpful. I changed my mind a couple of times and it did not phase him. He made the adjustment without missing a step and showed me what I to see and drive. The financing stage of the deal was done in a reasonable amount of time and done very professionally. No problems at all.
