The internet sales manager that I worked with in purchasing my vehicle was very informative and helpful in the process. He was willing to negotiate the price to a point where I was comfortable in buying my new car. The follow-up was also very good. I didn't feel too pressured into buying the vehicle, and in a way, I was pretty comfortable during the whole process.
Such a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, even the finance officer. I would definitely buy another car from them. Sam is one of the nicest, most honest and helpful salesman I have ever come in contact with. He absolutely made me feel at ease and taken care of. I felt like family with him. I bought a 2007 G35 from Michael Stafford. He provided impeccable service and went above and beyond the call of duty when 2 weeks later I couldn't get in my car due to what turned out to be a dead battery resulting from accidentally leaving the car in accessory mode (still getting familiar with the push start). We visited Cerritos Infiniti to inquire about the new JX35. We were welcomed by Rizzo Kesodia who is very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us the inventory and the different options we have. Took us on a test-drive and carefully explained all the car's extensive features. I came into the Cerritos Infiniti location on Aug. 30th and spoke with Sang Cho. I had first heard about Sang from a co-worker who would rave about a great deal he got from Sang. When I decided I was in the market for a car I asked my co-worker for Sang's information and I don't regret it! Far from the pushy sales person I expected, Sang was refreshingly friendly. He understood my circumstances and tailored the deal to fit my needs. After my lease is over I can't wait to work with him again!
