The customer service was a very good experience. The employee made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. I enjoyed the time staying at the infiniti dealership, would highly recommend purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Thanks to Sang Cho for helping use with our, you couldn't have been any friendlier.

I went to this dealership twice, once while I was visiting several dealerships to test drive their vehicles, and the second time to actually purchase the Infiniti G37. Both times I had Sang Cho to walk me through the traits and benefits of each vehicle, and he was very helpful. During the test drive, he clearly explained the functions of the car as well as available pricing plans. Sang Cho was very friendly and informative when showing cars to me and my parents. Most importantly, he tried his best to help us out with getting the best deal possible and he remained patient when my parents were constantly asking for a lower price than what could be offered. Overall, great service and both my parents and I walked out happy!

I saw a television ad for the g37 lease program and I walked in to check the car out. I was expecting the typical high pressure, bait and switch that I would get with other dealer visits. What I got was the complete opposite. Sam was very professional and sincere throughout the whole process, he answered all of our questions without trying to upsell me on useless options. My wife and I initially went in to Cerritos Infiniti to do some research as her lease was ending in the next few weeks. As we approached Sam Rabadi greeted us and was very knowledgeable and personable. Our research soon turned into a test drive and a seat to talk over numbers (their expresso machine is outstanding by the way). Ryan was a very professional, knowledgable young man. I did NOT go in to buy, rather preview cars prior to my current lease end. Ryan was helpful in the otherwise stressful annoyance of car dealerships. I ended up walking out with a new car because of him.
