Sang Cho was very friendly and informative when showing cars to me and my parents. Most importantly, he tried his best to help us out with getting the best deal possible and he remained patient when my parents were constantly asking for a lower price than what could be offered. Overall, great service and both my parents and I walked out happy!

I saw a television ad for the g37 lease program and I walked in to check the car out. I was expecting the typical high pressure, bait and switch that I would get with other dealer visits. What I got was the complete opposite. Sam was very professional and sincere throughout the whole process, he answered all of our questions without trying to upsell me on useless options. My wife and I initially went in to Cerritos Infiniti to do some research as her lease was ending in the next few weeks. As we approached Sam Rabadi greeted us and was very knowledgeable and personable. Ryan was a very professional, knowledgable young man. I did NOT go in to buy, rather preview cars prior to my current lease end. Ryan was helpful in the otherwise stressful annoyance of car dealerships. I ended up walking out with a new car because of him.

Usually negotiating with a car dealership is one of the least favorite activities on people's list of things to do. I know it has been on mine. Not this time.... This was the most fun I've ever had buying a car!
