I gave the ratings I gave because the customer services and the quality of work was great. The pricing monthly was in my price range. The staff at the dealer are friendly and make you feel welcome. I would recommend this dealer to anyone because they get the job done in a timely manner.

Sam has definitely been thee best salesperson we have ever dealt with! He knew exactly what we wanted, stayed within our limits to get us into the car we wanted. Definitely will recommend this dealership and Sam to friends and family! Thanks for everything Cerritos Infiniti and Sam Rabadi!

I did a lot of research before I bought my first car. I ran across Cerritos Infiniti. My Sales Person happened to be Michael Stafford. In the beginning, I had an issue with one of the other sales people, however Michael more than made up for it. He made the whole experience fast, informative, and exciting. If I had to do it all over again, Michael Stafford would be my go-to guy. Now, I have my perfect little dream car and even though the sale is done, I am still treated and greeted as a first time customer everytime!!!!

Michael Stafford was very helpful, and knowledgeable of Michael Stafford was very helpful, and knowledgeable of what I was looking for and my type of situation. Michael helped me every step of the way. His attitude was great and very pleasant he was very patient throughout the whole experience he was just what I needed. I came into the dealership looking to get a used vehicle. I was expecting to be financed on a car for at least the next 5 years or so. Instead, Mike ran my credit and found the best deal to fit my situation. Turns out I qualified for a recent graduate program that allowed me to lease a new vehicle. The next day I was blessed to drive off the lot with a brand new car that I will be leasing for the next year and a half in which case I will be able to continue to lease new vehicles from Infiniti for years to come.

As a woman we sometimes feel overwhelmed when going into a car dealership alone. When Mike came to assist me he was very helpful, and I did not feel pressured or rushed. I am a current Infiniti owner and was looking to upgrade. He gave me several options to choose from and made me feel comfortable. Went there to look at a used car and ended up buying one within a few hours. Working with Mike was very quick, he appreciated my businee and respected my time and treated me like a friend. I definitely recommend him to anyone and will be returning to him for my next cat.

The service and ease at which I was able to put together buying my new QX56 makes a big difference. All my questions were answered timely and I was able to get the car I wanted with the payment options I wanted.

Mike has always had the best customer service since I have been with infiniti. He expplains things very thoroughly and I can trust what he says.
