Before going down to the dealer I looked at their inventory online. Michael was the sales person to call me back. I gave the ratings I gave because the customer services and the quality of work was great. The pricing monthly was in my price range. The staff at the dealer are friendly and make you feel welcome. I would recommend this dealer to anyone because they get the job done in a timely manner.
I did a lot of research before I bought my first car. I ran across Cerritos Infiniti. My Sales Person happened to be Michael Stafford. In the beginning, I had an issue with one of the other sales people, however Michael more than made up for it. He made the whole experience fast, informative, and exciting. If I had to do it all over again, Michael Stafford would be my go-to guy. Now, I have my perfect little dream car and even though the sale is done, I am still treated and greeted as a first time customer everytime!!!!
I came into the dealership looking to get a used vehicle. I was expecting to be financed on a car for at least the next 5 years or so. Instead, Mike ran my credit and found the best deal to fit my situation. Turns out I qualified for a recent graduate program that allowed me to lease a new vehicle. The next day I was blessed to drive off the lot with a brand new car that I will be leasing for the next year and a half in which case I will be able to continue to lease new vehicles from Infiniti for years to come.

As a woman we sometimes feel overwhelmed when going into a car dealership alone. When Mike came to assist me he was very helpful, and I did not feel pressured or rushed.
