Joe Hill - You are outstanding. My car had broken down on the freeway. I purchased the vehicle from carmax and had the vehicle towed to their location as it was nearby. After about a week with no rental or diagnostic to determine the issue with the vehicle it was towed to the Cerritos Infiniti service department. Joe took over the vehicle and was such a delight. Exceptional Purchase Experience Matt Cossontino is fantastic! He's in internet sales at Cerritos Infiniti. He was very helpful and was most concerned with finding me the car that I was the happiest with. He's not that typical car salesman that none of us can stand. He's a funny and personable guy and will happily accommodate your schedule during the buying/leasing process. I had a very good experience with he and his team at Cerritos Infiniti. Btw, the 2016 3.0L Q50 is fantastic!

efficient, honest,helpful Marc Jimenez was great. Gave me a good deal. Even delivered car to my home! Test drove 2 models before purchasing. Marc went through every detail on car to make sure I knew how to operate.

Fantastic Experience! I had the pleasure of purchasing my new Q50 on March 8th, 2016. I was fortunate to be in the good hands of Marc Jimenez. I knew immediately that the most important thing for Marc was that I was totally satisfied with the entire experience. That is impressive! As was his knowledge of the vehicle and the entire process. Great Experiance with Ryan Taylor and Cerritos Infiniti I just purchased a CPO 2013 G37 sedan. I had a great experience. The sales team, especially Ryan Taylor, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an Infiniti. I will be coming back for my next car no question.

Made a great deal and kept his word Rizzo is a swell, affable guy who made it his goal to get us into a car, but always did so truthfully and without undo pressure. When the Q40 we had our eye on was sold, he found an inexpensive way to upgrade us into a Q50 without overloading our monthly payment. Far and away, Rizzo and the Cerritos team provided us with our best car buying experience to date.

Rizzo is the best Sales guy I've ever been to!!! My son is the one who introduced me to Rizzo and my first thought is (and always has been) "I hate salesmen". Rizzo made a terrific first impression. Not only was he friendly but he was personable and was well prepared to answer all of my "Mommy" questions. He put my son in the perfect car for him a 2015 Nissan Versa.
