Rizzo is the man! The best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Rizzo made sure our needs were taken care of so we knew we were making the best decision possible. Outstanding customer service! Very friendly staff, no pushy car salesman. Just an all around great place to buy a car. They really do all they can to EARN your business. Will definitely return for all my future car needs!

From a beamer to a buyer We walked in to test drive a CPO JX45 and wound out walking out with a new 2014 QX45, black on black and more options that the JX. We even had our 3 year old, who some of the staff helped to entertain while we worked out the details. The management was courteous, friendly and ordered food for our lunch as we got down to business. cam back for a second time we purchased our G37 coupe couple years ago and came back for the new Q50. Great craftsmanship on the cars and sales associate was great. Rizzo was very helpful; kids were getting restless as kids always do which Rizzo volunteered to pay for our dinner while his team processed the paperwork. came back from dinner and docs were waiting for us, in and out in no time. Great experience.

This is the same place where I get my 05' G35 serviced, and when it came time to buy the wife an SUV, I ended up purchasing through Cerritos Infiniti. I have purchased a few cars in my time, but the best experience so far was with Jimmy Zayas, he was straightforward, honest and walked me through the whole process, and dealing with Finance was smooth and quick.
