The electrician was very pleasant. Did not seem overly knowledgeable. Replaced the porch light as requested but took the box with him. The light ended up not being what I wanted so now I have to see if Home Depot will take the light back without the box.

Removed an old kitchen light fixture that hadn’t really worked for years and explained why it wasn’t working. Explained two ways of fixing, offering less expensive choice. I opted for new LED fixture, which unknown to me had not arrived from separate vendor in pristine condition. After slight adjustment, fixture installed. Kitchen lighter than ever before. Fixed lighting fixture in bedroom closet. I would recommend this company.

Gary Epstein was wonderful. We called him with a problem with our internet after a big storm last night. He was very helpful to my husband, and he was able, with technical assistance from Gary, to fix our problem on the phone without a home visit. He did not charge us for this service. Mr. Epstein came highly recommended to us before this incident, and he has come to our home before--always excellent service.

I had no power in multiple electrical outlets in my house. I sent an email to the company requesting service around 8PM in the evening. To my surprise, Gary responded to my after normal working hours email and explained in detail that I probably needed to test and reset my separate GFI outlet. This was educational for me. I was able to locate the GFI outlet and fix the problem. Gary saved me a service call which I greatly appreciated. The electrician knew exactly what needed to be done to replace an outdoor electrical socket. He also discovered that the switch for our pond pump was not properly connected to the GFI and he fixed that as well.

Andrew was very professional and courteous. We had many tasks for him to do in one visit: 6 outlets, changing two outdoor lights, installing Nest doorbell and giving us an estimate on an outlet. Price was fair also I felt for the service and appreciate your billing structure - it is not a puzzle. Thanks for the help and I will recommend your company in the future.

Thanks for the great review. We bill in 1/2 hour increments with no hidden fees like shop supplies, disposal fees or travel charges, etc. (we hate them too)
