Rob did a great job diagnosing our electrical problem and promptly fixing it, he was very professional and would like to have him come again if I am ever in need of an electrician.
Rob was great! We love the new ceiling fan! Rob, wore a mask coming into our house and was fast, and curteous and cleaned up. Great experience, got an appt right away and they were constantly in touch while en route to our house! Highly recommend Certified!!!

Based on a prior experience, we called Certified again because an appliance was tripping the circuit breaker. Over the phone, they were kind enough to talk us through a diagnostic to be sure we even needed them to come out. This saved us time and the cost of a service fee. Their rep was not only professional but courteous and considerate (none of the mockery some experts direct toward laypersons). We will call them the next time we actually need an electrician.
