What can I say? Service was excellent. The food was great. Very pricey but worth it. Salad bar was fantastic. Meat was done to perfection. 5 star for sure.

Our experience at Chama Gaucha in San Antonio was outstanding from start to finish. The food was incredible, but what truly stood out was the service. Sonterra Place location: Excellent service; food was great! Quality meat, cooked to perfection, was frequently walked through. Just turn the card to the green side and ask for the meat doneness selection you like. Sides included were excellent. Quality selections at Salad bar. Creme Brulee had the perfect crunchy finish on top! Expect to pay for what you get. Two guest, 1 drink, dinner & 1 dessert plus tip, $200.

We always have an amazing experience at Chama Gaucha. We struggle to visit other Brazilian steakhouses because Chama Gaucha sets the bar high when it comes to customer service and quality food.

We loved our lunch at Chama Gaucha—-everything at the salad bar is fantastic. Our favorite salad bar options are the chicken salad and smoked salmon! The service and attentiveness of our wait team is unmatched. Wonderful pick!!
