I always love going to chauma gaucha for my husbands and I anniversary. Most times have been 100% everything right, temperature of food and the experience but this one today was just a little disappointing. But not at their fault of course. I usually ask for well done on my meats and the times before today were always amazing. The meat was not too cooked or burned and was seasoned very well. This was by far our best experience at chama! Our server, Beatrice was the best! Especially with our chaotic group!

Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse never disappoints! The food is absolutely delicious, with an incredible variety of perfectly cooked meats and an outstanding salad bar. The drinks were expertly made, and the service was truly top-notch, friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Every visit is a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend Chama Gaucha!!!
The third time in 3 weks at Chama Gaucha - we have found our favorite niche place for business, celebratios and geneal great times!
The service was a little off this day. We have dined here for lunch for the past 8 years. But, The atmosphere is so amazing and food is usually pretty good. Hopefully, things will be better next time.
The staff was professional and friendly. We were promptly greeted, seated and met with requests for drinks. Food arrived in a timely manner and was always hot. Great job!
