On the salad bar, it all looked delicious, but I limited myself to the lettuce wedge with toppings, tiny portions of hearts of palm, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, smoked salmon, olives, and Drunken Goat cheese. The cheese is always a favorite that I look forward to. Every meat offered is fabulous, cut to the requested rareness. Favorites are the filet, rib eye, lamb chop, and sausage. Service was amazing from the moment we walked in the door, promptly greeted and promptly seated. We were greeted by Manny who explained the dining process to us. We ordered a bottle of Chama Gaucha Cabernet Sauvignon, which was very smooth and was a full body red, very enjoyable. We were directed to the Salad bar that had so many choices it was incredible.
