The food is outstanding and the staff is equally fantastic! I have a standing lunch date with a friend every month and we always just have the best time. We enjoy getting a little fancy with our drink selection so the drink cart is always a a fun way to end our afternoon. Thank you team Chama Gaucha!

I have dined at Chama Gaucha no fewer than five times, which is a lot for a vegetarian! Last time I was there, March 2025, I wrote a review that included some recommendations primarily about making the dining experience more amenable for those of us though related to carnivores, do not partake in the plethora of meaty selections provided at the Brazilian steakhouse. We took my dad here for his birthday. We had never gone and it was truly incredible. He felt special on his special day, the food was amazing, wait staff and manager were professional and kind. And of course the food was absolutely top notch. We really wanted a particular cut of steak (dad’s favorite) and they made it their mission to get us that steak fast!

Just wonderful, waiters were very polite and attentive. The food was delicious and the drinks were good. They had a very special surprise for me and my significant other celebrating our anniversary. I would definitely dine here again.

Great service, wonderful salad bar, meat was above average, but not superb. I will go back, no problem.
