The food and service were excellent as always. The only disappointment was that the dessert was slightly frozen.
The food and drinks are always excellent here. We celebrated a birthday together with family, and we loved it. The only thing is the noise level is super high here so if you want to intimate dining experience this not the place.
We have been here many times and it’s always a great experience but this one time they forgot it was my husband’s birthday. They normally bring like a cute birthday plate which they didn’t. It was way too busy on this Saturday 6 PM reservation. We did not have to wait for a table. We were seated right away and had excellent service and excellent food. But the place was so busy and full it kind of took away from the experience but it wouldn’t stop us from going again.

We had a great experience at Chama Gaucha. The food was delicious, the meats were cooked perfectly, and there was a great variety to choose from. The service was excellent and everyone was very attentive. The atmosphere was nice, and we left very satisfied. We would definitely come back again.

So good, as usual. Such a treat to be able to come to San Antonio & enjoy this! We have been coming here for 2 years this month. We drive from South Texas about every 3 months & it is always totally worth it! The food is so good & they make you feel so special. Already looking forward to coming back in December.
