Food was excellent. Service by our waiter was excellent. Would have preferred to be seated in the main room instead of in the small room we were sat in.
Service was amazing. Our waiter, Forest, was as as cute as a bug in a rug and very attentive! Had a blast with my girlfriends for my bday!
This was the second time we dined there and it was just as awesome as the first time. I love the attention and care the staff exhibited with our service. Both incidents were for birthdays and they were very gracious and classy with our celebration. Will definitely recommend Chama Gaucha to all of my friends.
Overall, this is my husband and I's third visit to Chama Gaucha - we have never been disappointed over anything provided. This visit was my for my Dad's Birthday - and was our treat to him as a gift. My only complaint about this visit was the consistent butting into our conversations, even when our cards were red and we were all obviously just enjoying our time together. We went with 5 kids. They didn't bother t to try and find out their ages, so we were over charged. Everything else was good.
For the money its a great value. The quality of the food is amazing and it keeps coming as long as you want. Great place to take my Son for his birthday. the service is incredible. Will make this a tradition in our family
My wife saw a long strand of hair wrapped around the asparagus. We called the server and she replaced her plate with a fresh empty plate. Server told the manager about the hair however manager didn’t even visit our table to apologize or something. It was our wedding anniversary date 38 years married.
There needs to be a dress code. There was too much sports gear.

We were celebrating a birthday which I noted when making my reservation. Upon arrival, there was no mention of "Happy Birthday" made to us, and we still had to wait about 8 minutes before being seated. There were several empty tables available. Our waitress greeted us and appeared as if she might be great, but fell short of that as she took a while to bring us a starter plate, then water/tea refills, potatoes, and still no mention of my birthday.
