I had a 6 o'clock table and was disappointed in the selection of meat available at that time. I had the same style of meat come around 6 times before anything else even offered and was dissatisfied with the overall meat selection. Usually a good place to eat, but I've noticed the last two times that the meat service is starting to slip.
End of school tear
We go to Chama Gaucha all the time. We absolutely love it and rarely rarely have complaints. This time I’m assuming there must have been some confusion on who was supposed to attend to us because no one came to greet us and get drink orders. We sat there about 20 minutes, and since no one came by, We simply decided to start serving ourselves salads since we are regulars and know the drill. Sodium levels so high I ended up in the hospital. It was yummy though. Never again.
Restaurant does not know how to keep reservations, poor service from the gauchos, food quality was lacking from previous visits, and overpriced for the service and food provided.
The staff goes beyond what a normal restaurant would require of them to do. All the time they are looking for any detail to make your experience even better.
We celebrated our birthdays. The food was good, but the server brought me alcohol twice when I asked for a Diet Coke. It was very frustrating considering I didn’t recognize the mistake until I started to drink it and I don’t drink alcohol.
The servers over there are careless and rude. I would recommend my friends not to come here
Need to work on seating system, and reservations. And also take away the 50 character minimum for reviews
