Too close tables, seating too close to others. For a 300 dollar tab I’d expect to feel some level of privacy and seclusion with our waiter not changing halfway through dinner. Jonathan Perez. 979 422 0947

This meal was a “make up” for a poor showing previous visit. Food was mostly either raw or jerky and very scarce again. However, our biggest issue was with our waiter “Juan” if that’s his real name. Juan was rude, aggressive and dismissive. The only meat (Parmesan Pork) we specifically requested (twice) never showed. We struggled to get served at all. Usually we have an incredible experience here so perhaps an off night
We’ve been to CG over 20 times through the years. Service was very slow. On several occasions, my wife’s and my plates were totally empty with no severs with food on their skewers anywhere in sight. The bottom sirloin was bland. Very disappointed.

There was no food coming around my table. We waited 15 minutes for meat to come to our table. I asked for rice it was never brought. I have been here multiple times and I will not be returning after yesterday’s service. I always recommended Chama for service but after yesterday I will not be returning.

We have been to chama so many times and what kept us coming back was the good food and service but this time extremely lacked. When we were sat down it took them 10 minutes to come by another 5 minutes for water and then another 10 for plates which we finally received some cheese bread and mashed potatoes so 25 minutes to barely get water, plates and a few sides was annoying. They need to rethink how the salad bar works and have two pathways for people to go through the line. My wife waited for 20 minutes just to go through one time.

Very dissatisfied with this service. Asked for extra lemon Carlos never brought it and we never saw him again. Jen was amazing! She was attentive even though she was pushing the drink cart and serving other tables. We had to keep asking for bread and grilled cheese. When the cheese finally came about 20 minutes later it was cold. My friend had to flag the guy down just for cold cheese, gross.
