All was great!, except, I made a reservation for 5pm but was not seated until 5:20 which is normally not a problem but other walk ins were getting seated without reservation and a couple of parties were as large as ours(8). The three hostess were so fake friendly, as if it was being done purposely. What a shame, I recommend this restaurant to anyone who will listen to me, I used to only recommend fogo, I even had my 25th wedding anniversary celebration at fogo. I'm thinking maybe I should go back.
Will never go back for Father's day. Too crowded, salad bar messy, lines long
I didn't have an experience but I can't pick zero stars. Basically our Open Table reservation was at 9:30pm but the restaurant closes at 9:00pm...
My wife and I went to Chama to celebrate her birthday. We must have caught them on a bad night. Food was OK but service was pathetic. Had to ask for our side dishes three times before they were delivered, twenty minutes later. The dessert was not delivered until we asked a second time, 15 minutes later. The cappuccino was delivered cold. Then we had to ask for the check three times. On a previous visit to Chama, the service was impeccable. I hope the poor service on this visit was a fluke and not a new trend.
Service was rushed; main server was somewhat combative and resentful of requests; worst chimmichuri I've experienced; meats were simply okay. Better choices for similar theme in SA.
