<p>Three trucks arrived with the windows at 9:30 am and all 7windows were professionally installed by 3:45pm. There were three service agents and all three were careful and courteous. We are veryhappy with the installation and their clean up. While the windows were pricey- they are triple paned, tinted, and seem to be providing the benefit we were looking for.</p> <p>While it is too early to tell the long term benefit, we feel that we got our money's worth and the windows are guaranteed for life.</p> <br />

Went we'll .had to change plans several times . My sales person John Connor was always responsive. I am satisfied with the room. My only regret is that they are so costly.

They did a good job and the service was good. The product was good and I have not had any issues. I would use them again.

They arrived on time. Did an excellent job. I have had zero problems. The installers were friendly and courteous. I have had nothing but compliments from my neighbors on the windows. I shopped around a lot before choosing Champion.

Champion Patio Rooms of Cincinnati was responsive. We held off on the project as a whole. The estimate work was fine. We'll probably go through the process again of having them come out and quote on it with other companies. They came out on the agreed upon time so that's all that we were looking for, just to get the quotes and then move forward from there. Their responsiveness was decent as far as what we needed for the quote.

It went pretty well. I felt like they were a little slow getting back to me during the sales process and responding to questions. The guys that installed the patio cover did a very good job. A couple of small spots are leaking and once the snow dies down they're going to come back to fix that. I would use them again if they did better getting back in touch with me.

<p>It went exactly as planned. They windows are so efficient and look great. The salesman as well as the installers were professional and prompt. They always responded to any questions. We had a problem with one screen door. It started peeling after two weeks. We called and they took the screen door back and replaced/repainted it. It was so easy to get them to fix the problem. Their pricing was very high. Their product display had some flaws and it made us wonder what their windows would look like when they came in. We decided not to go with them. I wanted to do a wood grain window and he was continually trying to talk me out of him. It was really aggravating because that was what I wanted to do and I was set on a specific look. They did get back to me rather quickly to set it up and he was here when he said he would be.
