I like the quality that they constructed which is a custom window. They are also very competitive with their quality. They had a promotion on their price so I had a meaningful discount. But I was most impressed with the quality of the actual product. They did an excellent job.
They were fine and good. I liked the quality of the product. Their price was more reasonable than other companies. They have a factory here locally. They are a big nationwide industry. The guy gave me a really good deal on the doors. Everything is still working. One guy came to put the garage door up. He was very professional. He didn't want to chat; he just wanted to work. It was very great. It works great. The dogs love it. It's awesome that we got the free window cleaning systemand that we can go to the store and get another free one up there. That is replaceable if it gets broken. It's great. We looked online and saw that they did the doggy door. The gentleman came in and explained it to us. He was really nice. It didn't take long to put it and get it all set. From what I remember, the price was reasonable. They got it really fast and they answered any of our questions.
We had some issues with the whole process but they eventually installed one OK. The sales process, our sales person, was on the corporate side because they had an appointment issue and the guy on the residential side could not come and we got somebody in corporate sales. There were some mistakes in the pricing in the contract. We went through a few cycles of that. It was great. They were really good, really professional and very fast. They had the best estimate. I would absolutely use them again.
It was an excellent experience. The original contact was in November. We actually purchased from them in November or early December. The service was no charge because they were taking care of something that was not quite done correctly on installation. They were wonderful in taking care of it. It was done promptly and well.
