The salesman was very informative. He provided me with a lot of knowledge and helped me make my decision. Their price was higher than the company I chose so I didn't go with them. He was definitely right here when he said he would be.

We really liked everything about them. We were extremely well pleased with the fact that they communicated well. They did an excellent job of installing and cleaning up after themselves, which is so important since I previously had an experience with a different company that left a broken glass after doing our basement windows and didn't cock the windows on the outside. They did what they were supposed to do and were quick. The windows were good. The price was okay and the quality of work was excellent.
2 guys. 2 days. One window had wrong measurement. Took 2 weeks and a window that cracked later was replaced in a month - free.
We called Champion and they sent out a salesman. He showed us the window and did a lot of demonstations to prove the quality of the window. We were impressed. Then he did some measurements and came up with a price of about $26,000. But he said they had a special running and gave us a bunch of coupons and got the price down to a little over $15000.
