I would say that Champion Windows of Cinncinatti was very good and communicated with us regarding our planned screened in porch. They indicated that it would not be installed until March or April and was installed in February. It was done in a timely way. There were no issues and we were very happy with the end product.
Installation was much easier than anticipated as my spouse remarked that the crew was hardly noticeable thanks to Tim Johnson and his group.
I had an upstairs "door to nowhere" (formerly a balcony) replaced by a display window. Gorgeous! I love it because it faces my backyard with a creek and woods. One of my favorite parts in my house--I meditate there.
Everything was done perfectly. I regret it not being done sooner, but I understand that with the way times are.
