They did a great job with the door. They were pricey, but you pay for what you get. When it comes to things like good doors that keep out drafts and reflect bright sunlight, you want a good product. They sell a great product. They even called us after the job to follow up to see if we had any complaints or any questions. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The service was good, it was well done. They showed up and did what they were supposed to do, they stayed on the contract. I haven't had any issues with them.

They arrived at the appointed time & we discussed my needs. Their proposal was for, in my words, "Cadillac" products/services ; however, my needs/wants were for a "Chevrolet" . If my timeframe was longer than my stated 10-15 years I would have most likely selected Champion.

Excellent service and very reasonable pricing. The consultant who came out was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even more important, he was genuine. We didn't get that slimy 'sales' feel. They scheduled the service at our convenience and got everything done in 1 day. We were given very detailed instructions on how to gauge quality (looking for moisture in the corners) and they were genuinely concerned about making sure it was a 'job well done.' The front door is beautiful and functional, the side door is a standard metal door that is of good quality. All the windows in our house have alsobeen replaced by Champion over the past 15 years. <br />

Work was scheduled and performed per originally communicated timing. Installers arrived and did a good job replacing the windows. However, one of the windows was above an office desk and they actually stood on the office desk to replace the window without first covering it/moving it. This resulted in several nicks to the desk. Champion has submitted claim to their insurance company and the matter should be settled within the next few weeks. Windows work great.

They were great. I met the sales person at the home show. They came out and gave us a free estimate, he was very nice and friendly. He quoted me 14,000 and gave me every discount he could think of.They were quick and brought us a certificate for the energy efficient roof. He was very sweet and even brought me lunch one day because we were in the process of moving. They did the whole job in one day and even fixed part of my gutters while they were on the roof.
