They left screws in the driveway. I found five so far. They didn't finish the front window properly. Someone is supposed to come back. They didn't clean the windows very good. They broke the first window.
We only purchased three windows, but you guys treated us like we were buying 300. Don went out of his way to help with paperwork and permits, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

As usual I am very pleased with Champion’s quality and workmanship. They have replaced my windows in the past and added on an all season room. They have done an outstanding job in everything they have done for me! That’s why I keep going back to them.
First it’s a local company because I live in Cincinnati so that was nice. From the time the salesmen came all the way to install everyone was great. Answered all questions and did a great job installing. I had them installed in October and it’s now the end of March and my gas/electric bill was 40% lower then the previous year for those months. So glad I called and decided to get my new windows from Champion.
They did a great job. The salesperson and installers were great. There was no mess, they cleaned up well. I was happy with it.
You are paying for a quality product and warranty. It is more expensive but the cost is worth the peace of mind for warranty work.

Our windows were ready for install quicker than expected. The installation crew were all courteous and professional too. We are happy with our decision to go with Champion Windows.
They should make small print a little bigger so you can read it before you call them make the offer so you can understand it
