I wasn't completely pleased with it. They didn't finish some work. They actually damaged a frame and tried to fill it with some makeshift filler and then re-seal the window around the frame, where the window frame attached to the wall and I wasn't really pleased with that. I thought the price was okay. The quality of the window appeared to be good. Their finish work was bad. When they pulled out the old windows they pulled some of the framework away from the wall. They came out and gave us an estimate for 1100 per window. I thought the pricing was quite excessive.
Fine...although some of the caulking was a bit sloppy around the door.
They did not show up when they were supposed to and the job took longer than it should have. Will I use them again? Maybe!
One of our window handles broke and Champion honored their guarantee and replaced at no cost. We wound up buying two new screens for the windows which were also promptly ordered/installed. <br />
The quality of the work was excellent and I was satisfied.
They were very informative and nice about giving me the estimate. Their pricing was reasonable but they were not the lowest bid. They seemed very professional and knew what they were doing. They knew that I was taking bids and were willing to deal with that. They did a nice job and their product looked good. They were very responsive and came right out.
We settled on Champion based largely on their overall reputation and after a very professional and convincing in-home sales presentation/demonstration. The team showed up on time and completed the install quickly but very well and cleaned up excellently afterward. Very happy with the results. <br />
I thought they were very good. The crew that took out the existing windows and installed the 9 new windows were in and out the same day. The cleaned up immaculately. They are a nice fit. The windows did what the sales people said, that it would make the home better insulated and more quiet. I noticed I don't hear as much road noise compared with the prior windows. So, we're pleased with the product and we're pleased with the people who installed the product.
