I felt that their standard process for reordering windows that are defective is slow. I understand that they have to special order the windows, but I had a problem with was that it was a defective window so it should have been expedited. They also should have done a better job communicating with me. I am happy with the windows, but I just feel they should have looked at my window with more importance because it wasn’t a new order—it was defective. Everything was excellent. We are enjoying the room and know that we have a great guarantee. The work was done efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I would recommend them to others, and they are the only one that I would trust for this type of work. This is second time we have used champion for a sunroom.

Initially, we were surprised at how fast and efficient the guy who put them in was. After a while, one of the windows was refusing the close. We called them back out to fix the issue. They tried to rectify the problem on June 3 and the guy worked all day on it, but he was unable to fix the issue. I noticed that the window was warped. The window looked twisted. I was very pleased with the sales person, pricing and the installation. The sales person was up front, honest and not pushy which I appreciated. The installer was thorough, showed up on time and took care of the windows. He did not make a mess and cleaned up after himself.

It turned out quite well. They worked really fast. My husband had heard of them and knew they had a good reputation. They have a great warranty on their product. The workers we dealt with were very professional and worked quickly.

They seem to be in good shape and look nice. The communication with the foreman and workers was very good. The only thing was that the communication was strained with the sales person. After we had the siding and gutters completed, we wanted to also install a storm door. We asked for an estimate and they never got back to us. We contacted them several times to nail down the start date. We had trouble getting a hold of them so the storm door was never put in because we couldn’t get a quote. It turned out fine. We have dealt with them before. They have also installed new windows for us. I had no problem calling them for the new door, and they do good work.
