So far, everything has been good. They were here when they said they would be, almost to the minute. The work was done very professionally. I was impressed with how they fielded all my questions. There was one problem and the repair tech was here immediately. They fixed the issue exactly as I wanted and I was pleased with the outcome. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up after themselves. They are a little expensive but it?s worth not having to pay to replace the windows again in the future.
It was fine. They had a system and got it done very quickly. They were in and out in less than 4 hours. We are very happy with the windows so far. They were ready 4 weeks sooner than we thought so we got our windows put in faster.
They are number one. They replaced the windows a while back and when the windows went bad they replaced them all and the screens. They have a lifetime warranty.
They were on time and completed the job quickly. The quality of the windows seems good, I am very happy with them. I had no problems when working with Champion.
Everything turned out just fine. We like that they have a quality product, are easy to work with and to communicate with. We had used them in the past and knew they had a good track record.
Champion is great to work with. They did the job quickly and adhered to the proposed timeline. The quality of the door was very good. The people I worked with were professional.
Overall, the whole experience was good. The guys were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They covered my floors to protect them. My one complaint was that the inside finished frame work was not stained to blend in with the other wood. I tried to explain this to the worker that I didn't have someone else to do this for me, they said they do not do this type of work. I thought for the cost the job it should havebeen fully completed.
Everything worked out great. I thought they were really personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would recommend them to others.
