They were very quick at getting me scheduled for an appointment. They told me to give them a call if I needed anything else too.
The bidding process - which was fully explained by myself, is that I was looking for quotes. I wasn't be going to make a decision right then and there, because I wanted to shop around. The salesman used every trick in the book and knew if I wasn't interested, he would go after my girlfriend and see if she could get hooked. They did exactly what they said they would do. The windows turned out wonderfully and they replaced a problem with our door for no charge.
A team came out to do the demo and install the door. One gentleman stayed to finish the trim, caulking, etc. They completed the entire job in a day. Clean up was complete and thorough. Door looks great and works well.
It turned out great for us. They did the work much faster than we expected them to. We would be willing to use them again in the future.
It has worked out very well so far. They did a good job. We have a dog that went through one of the screens and they were very responsive in coming out for the repair.
The service went well overall. We were excited to work with a local company, and the salesman was nice and not pushy. We were happy with their price. We did have a few small issues, but they were very proactive with fixing the things we weren’t happy with; they made several return trips just to teak a few things.
The experience went fine overall. They were quick and got the job done within one day. About three or four months later, we had an issue so they sent out a repairman, who took care of the issue. At that time, I realized that there was some part in the design that I didn’t like, however, the windows work fine!
They have always done good work for us in the past and that is why we have called back. They show up on time, are very professional, and they clean up well after themselves. We had a problem with one of the windows and they came out right away to take care of the issue with no questions asked. The cost is a little higher but the service and the quality override the cost.
