The work went great. It took a little bit longer than I expected from contract agreement and downpayment to the actual start of the job by a week or two but the installation itself went very quickly and the crew did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. There was a question on the part of the crew about the extent of work to be done but we were able to resolve it very painlessly after the foreman rechecked his contract. They did a good job on the screened in porch area, but when it comes to the screen door I called Champion and they said the people they contracted to got a door from another place. Their job was just to do the screening and they ordered a screen door. The screen is loose in the screen door and that's the only problem I have. It wasn't a good job, Champion was supposed to get in touch with the company who did the job and I think they ordered a screen door from another company. I would recommend Champion to anyone who is looking for a quality door with professional installation. We visited the show room late Saturday afternoon in January 2010. There was a huge sale that day, with an advertisement in the daily paper. My husband and I were greeted and were told someone would be with us very soon. They did a good job. The first people that installed it didn't have it set right so we had some problems still with air leaking around the sides but they came back and fixed it. I think the first guy should probably have it set better but they followed through and eliminated the problem so we weren't too unhappy with them. I would use them again if needed.

They replaced a sliding glass door and 2 big bay windows. The product was good. They were very thorough. They did a nice job. We have had other windows replaced earlier. We compared the heat coming through those windows. Then we stood in front of the new windows. There was a great deal of difference. They were professional. The guys were funny and considerate. They explained things very well and showed me how they were going to install the windows. They also cleaned up once the job was done. They were professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

The reason I used them in the first place was because I read an article about them and how their windows were energy efficient. I knew we had a local outfit here. I had them out and we were very pleased with the sliding glass doors. The ones we had prior were terrible and hard to move. We have had windows replaced from other companies and they were always experience. We were also able to get a color that matched the outside of the house. They were excellent. They provide good service, and we have had a good experience with them. Their price is very reasonable. The quality of their work is excellent. They had 10 people out here working on the job. They installed the windows for us in 1 day.
