In August of 2011, we called for an estimate to replace one of our windows. A service representative came out an showed us the product, gave us an estimate and a projected installation time. He explained that it might be as much as 8 - 10 weeks, because the company was backed up in regard to installations due to weather damage in the area. The salesman showed up on time, listened to what we wanted and provided us with available options - didn't try to "sell" us anything and responded promptly to our requests. <br /> <br /> The installers showed up on time and performed the required work in a timely and professional manner. Everything went extremely well and we really enjoy our new patio doors. I would definitely recommend this company and use their services again.

We were happy with Champion. We were happy with the windows, happy with the salesman, and happy with the installation. Everything was clean as a whistle. When they finished, they had me check every window and they didn’t mess up anything. They showed me how to work the windowsand how to clean themas well. We were very pleased with their work. We will probably use them again in the future.

They were very nice and I appreciate that. The quote was for $37,900. They were very professional and personal. A guy named Jeff was the salesman and he did a very good job. I would them if their prices are in the range.

We just bought our first home in December 2010 and the windows were original to our 80+ year old home. Single pane, double hung windows are not very insulating. We had ice on the inside in the winter and cool air escaping in the summer! We called Champion and they did an in-home demonstration which was fantastic and very informative. The installation went fine and they even sent our a supervisor after the work to check on the installation and our satisfaction. About a month later we noticed a minor problem with one of the installed windows. We called Champion and in a few days they sent out someone to look at and correct the minor problem.

It turned out very well. I am very happy so far. It is a little difficult to operate the locking mechanism sometimes on the patio doors. I have an A-Frame house with 5 patio doors so that is my main entrance and exit and some of the doors are a little difficult to turn the locks. I am very pleased with their appearance. I also am pleased with the sound and sun barrier and I feel muchsafer.

I asked him for references; but he said he couldn't get me anymore because of PII(Personally Identifiable Information). I was surprised that he couldn't give me references. He advertises on TV a lot. I have realized that he has B rating on Angie's list. It could be for different region or problem with one thing. The guy was high priced. He said if I sign today, he will give me $600 discount, and if I don't sign then he said he cannot guarantee it tomorrow. . I was referred to this company by a neighbour of ours. The quote amount is for $3000. The quote process was interesting in terms of discounts and things like that. They also provided me with some options depending on my price range and to fit my needs. They were quick to respond. We have not decided which company we would use ultimately. This company was definitely cheaper than the cither estimate we have. We would consider this company for other quotes in the future.
